I’m Cori, the face behind Cori Gayle Confections!
I’ve always had a love for baking, but like most people only really dug into it during the start of the pandemic. My favorite kind of cookie has always been a vanilla almond cookie decorated with royal icing so of course I had to start making them! I decorated my first cookies in December of 2020 and have been hooked ever since. People always ask me what I prefer making between cookies and cakes and it’s such a toss-up! They both bring such fun and unique challenges and skills that I could never choose.

When I’m not baking, I’m an actor and producer. I live in Granby with my husband, son, and our two dogs, Bark Wahlberg and Catherine Ate-a-Bones.
